Terms of Service
The Lithuanian version of this document is the legally binding one. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Lithuanian text prevails. .
Version 1.0 — in force from 17 September 2026
1. Who we are
SAVO is operated by Ianina Kuodis, a natural person carrying out individual activity in the Republic of Lithuania under individual activity certificate Nr. 1331440, issued by the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance (VMI), and entered in the Register of Taxpayers.
Email: labas@savoapp.lt Telegram: @savosupport_bot PVM mokėtojo kodas: LT100020758816. VAT is not added — SAVO applies the small business scheme (smulkiojo verslo schema).
In these Terms, "SAVO", "we" and "us" mean the above person. "You" means the person using the website savoapp.lt.
2. What SAVO is — and is not
SAVO is an online directory. Service providers create and publish their own profiles. People looking for a service search those profiles and contact the provider directly, using the contact details the provider chose to publish.
SAVO is not a party to any agreement between a provider and their client. We do not arrange, book, supervise, guarantee or pay for the services listed. We do not take payment from clients. Any agreement about a service, its price, its quality or its performance is made directly between the provider and the client, and any dispute about it is between them.
We do not check providers' qualifications, licences, insurance or the accuracy of what they write about themselves, unless we say otherwise on a specific profile. Providers are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of everything they publish, including any requirement to hold a permit, a licence, or to be registered for their activity.
3. Definitions
- Visitor — anyone who uses the website without an account.
- User — anyone with a SAVO account.
- Provider — a User who has created a provider profile.
- Consumer — a natural person who enters into an agreement with SAVO for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft or profession (Civil Code art. 6.228¹).
- Plan — a paid subscription: START, PRO or SUPER.
- Basic listing — a reduced-visibility profile shown when a Provider has no active paid Plan.
4. Accounts
You need an account to save favourites, leave a review, or create a provider profile. You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 16 years old. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to labas@savoapp.lt.
5. Provider profiles — what you may and may not publish
By publishing a profile you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to carry out the activity you describe, and that you hold the rights to every photo and text you upload.
You must not publish:
- content that is unlawful under Lithuanian or EU law;
- services that require a licence, permit or registration you do not hold;
- other people's photographs, text or trade marks without permission;
- personal data of other people without a lawful basis, including photographs of identifiable clients without their consent;
- false claims about qualifications, certifications, experience, prices or results;
- content that is discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or that harasses or degrades a person or group;
- contact details or links whose purpose is to redirect users to a competing directory;
- content designed to mislead about who the provider is.
How we moderate. We review profiles when they are published, when they are edited in a way we notice, and when we receive a report (see §12). Review is carried out by a person — we do not use automated content-moderation decisions. If we restrict a profile, you will receive a statement of reasons under §11.
Your content, your rights. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant SAVO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, resize, translate and promote that content on savoapp.lt and on SAVO's own social media channels, for as long as your profile is published and for a reasonable period afterwards for archival purposes. You may withdraw this by deleting the content or closing your account.
Translations. SAVO may translate your profile text into the site's other languages, including with automated tools, and will publish those translations alongside your original. You can correct or remove any translation from your dashboard. The original text you wrote always prevails.
6. Plans, prices and the free trial
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| START | €10 / month | Published profile, up to 3 photos |
| PRO | €30 / month | Published profile, up to 5 photos, 2 news posts per week |
| SUPER | €55 / month | Published profile, up to 10 photos, unlimited news posts, and Featured placement — SUPER profiles are shown first in search results and on the home page for as long as the plan is active |
Prices do not include VAT — SAVO applies the small business scheme (smulkiojo verslo schema).
Free trial. New Providers may start on the START plan free for 60 days. No payment card is required to begin, and no payment is taken automatically when it ends. The trial is available once per account. Your trial end date is shown in your dashboard, and we notify you by email before your listing changes.
What happens at the end of a trial or a subscription. Your profile is not deleted. It is downgraded to a Basic listing: it remains searchable and visible, but photos beyond the first, contact buttons, the price list and the address are hidden until a paid Plan is active. You can restore full visibility at any time by starting a Plan.
7. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. SAVO never receives or stores your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your profile stays fully visible until then, and is not refunded pro rata for that period, except where §8 applies.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
An invoice is issued for every payment and sent to the email on your account.
8. Right of withdrawal — Consumers only
This section applies only if you are a Consumer as defined in §3. If you subscribe in the course of your business, trade, craft or profession — including under an individuali veikla certificate or a verslo liudijimas — this section does not apply to you.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the agreement is concluded. (Civil Code art. 6.228¹⁰.)
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire — email labas@savoapp.lt, or use the model form in §16. Sending the message before the deadline is enough.
If you asked us to start immediately. When you subscribe you may ask us to begin providing the service straight away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you must pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided, calculated as the monthly price divided by the number of days in the month, multiplied by the days elapsed. We refund the rest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
Free trials. No payment is due during a free trial, so withdrawing during a trial costs you nothing.
9. How search results are ordered
This section is the ranking disclosure. It is linked directly from the search results page.
When you search on SAVO, we first show only the Providers who match what you asked for — your city, category, language and search words. A paid plan never puts a Provider in front of you if they do not match your filters.
Among the Providers who do match, the order is:
- Featured Providers. These are marked "Featured" wherever they appear. Every Provider on the SUPER plan is featured automatically, for as long as that plan is active. This is a paid position — the SUPER plan buys it. That is the only way payment affects the order of results on SAVO.
- Providers with an active paid Plan. All paying Providers are treated equally here. START, PRO and SUPER give the same position — the Plan a Provider chooses does not move them up or down among paying Providers.
- Basic listings. Providers whose paid Plan has ended keep their listing and remain searchable, but appear after paying Providers, and some details on their profile are hidden.
Within each of those three groups, Providers appear in the order our database returns them. We do not rank by review score, by how much a Provider pays, by how long they have been on SAVO, or by anything else paid for beyond the Featured position described above.
We do not accept payment to change a Provider's position in any other way, and we do not accept payment to remove or demote a competitor.
Our own listing. SAVO's founder also has a Provider profile on SAVO. It is treated exactly like any other profile and receives no ranking advantage.
10. Reviews
Reviews may be left by registered Users, one per Provider.
SAVO does not and cannot verify that a person leaving a review actually used the service, because services are agreed and paid for directly between the client and the Provider, away from SAVO. We never describe a review as "verified", and you should treat reviews here as opinions from site users rather than confirmed customer feedback.
What we do check. Every review is read by a person before it is published. We publish reviews that describe an experience with a Provider's service, whether positive or negative.
We remove a review only if:
- it is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or abusive;
- it contains someone's personal data, contact details or photographs without their consent;
- it is not about an experience with the Provider's service;
- it was written by the Provider, by someone connected to them, or by a competitor;
- it is a duplicate, or was submitted in bulk;
- it concerns something outside the Provider's control.
We do not remove a review because it is negative, and we do not remove or reorder reviews for Providers who pay us more. These rules apply identically to every Provider on every Plan. We do not write reviews, we do not commission them, and we do not offer anything in exchange for one.
Providers may reply publicly to any review, and may report one to us on the grounds above. If we remove a review, we tell the person who wrote it why. You can delete your own review at any time from your account.
11. Restricting, suspending and terminating
We may hide, downgrade, suspend or delete a profile, a review, a news post or an account where:
- it breaches §5 or §10 of these Terms;
- it is unlawful, or we receive a substantiated report under §12 that it is;
- the information in it is materially false;
- payment has failed or a subscription has ended (which results in a Basic listing, not deletion — see §6);
- we are required to do so by law or by a public authority.
Statement of reasons. Whenever we restrict, downgrade, suspend or delete your content or your account, we will tell you before or at the time the restriction takes effect, by email, and the message will state: what was restricted, the specific facts we relied on, the ground above that applies, whether the decision was automated (it is not), and how to contest it. This applies to downgrades as much as to removals.
Terminating a Provider entirely. Where we end our service to a Provider altogether, we give 30 days' notice with reasons, unless we are under a legal obligation to act sooner, or the Provider has repeatedly breached these Terms.
Contesting a decision. Reply to the statement of reasons, or write to labas@savoapp.lt. We will review the decision and answer. You may also go to court under §14, and Consumers may go to VVTAT.
12. Reporting illegal content
Anyone — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person affected — can report content on SAVO that they believe is illegal, by emailing labas@savoapp.lt with REPORT in the subject line.
Please include:
- a link to the profile, review or post;
- an explanation of why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address, so we can confirm receipt and tell you our decision — you may report anonymously if your report concerns child sexual abuse material or a serious offence against a person;
- a confirmation that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.
What happens next. We confirm receipt by email. A person — not an automated system — reviews the report. We tell you our decision and the reasons for it. If we restrict the content, the person who published it also receives a statement of reasons under §11 and can contest it.
Reports made in bad faith, or repeatedly and without foundation, may lead us to stop processing reports from that source.
This is not the place for disputes about the quality of a service you bought from a Provider (contact the Provider, or VVTAT under §15), or requests to delete your own data (see the Privacy Policy).
13. Contact points
- For users, and for anything about your account, a profile or a review: labas@savoapp.lt. We answer in English, Lithuanian or Russian. This address reaches a person, not only an automated system. Telegram @savosupport_bot is an additional route, not a replacement.
- For Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Digital Services Act arts. 11 and 12): labas@savoapp.lt. Working languages: Lithuanian and English.
14. Liability
SAVO provides the website as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.
We are not liable for the services provided by Providers, for the accuracy of what Providers publish, for agreements or disputes between Providers and their clients, or for loss caused by a Provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and, for Consumers, any right that the Civil Code gives them.
For Providers acting in the course of business, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid SAVO in that period.
15. Changes, law and disputes
Changes. We will publish any change to these Terms on this page with a new version number and date, and we will notify Providers by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. During that period a Provider may terminate their subscription; continuing to use SAVO after the change takes effect means you accept it. Changes required by law or to address a security risk may take effect immediately.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
Disputes. Please write to labas@savoapp.lt first — most things are resolved that way.
If you are a Consumer, you may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, tel. +370 5 262 6751, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, www.vvtat.lt. You may submit a complaint through the Lithuanian e-government portal at www.epaslaugos.lt. Applying to VVTAT does not remove your right to go to court.
(Note: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and must not be referenced.)
Otherwise, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
